The internal structure includes a zinc alloy skeleton liner, a steel core panel and a fireproof panel. The solid core panel filled with fireproof rock wool provides high-quality protection against burglary, giving you double security. The multi-layered, high-strength panels also enable it to meet the one-hour fire protection standard, making it safer and more reliable than ordinary security doors. Surfaceof Modern Pivot Door
In this pivoting front door panel, the material is made of 1.00mm stainless steel, and the door frame is made of 2.00mm thickness zinc alloy to protect the modern pivot doors. Patterns are engraved with high precision machines to restore the design 1:1, realizing 0 error. The door panels are finished with electroplating and laser to complete the colors and patterns, and customers can choose from a wide range of different colors and patterns to meet their personal preferences and individual needs. |

1. Hinge and Bear
Modern pivot door do not rotate in the direction of the extension of the vertical axis, but on a pivot chain system. The pivot door's chain is mounted on the top and bottom of the door, not on the side walls, both of which are invisible to the finished door. This hinge mounting method can carry more weight.
Themodern pivot doors can be made taller and wider than a traditional chainless door and can be removed from the down frame and arranged through the floor for a simpler, larger look.
The use of hinges is especially important for modern pivot doors. We offer three different bearings for different door sizes, made of solid tempered steel, completely scratch-resistant and with a maximum load capacity of 500KG. Customers can choose the bearing that suits their own needs.
2. Lock System
Our locking system of modern pivot doors use patented King Double-hook lock bodies and is paired with a super C-level lock core, providing effective protection against technology-based break-ins for up to 720 hours.
Additionally, this lock body can be paired with mechanical or smart locks, allowing you to choose to unlock using fingerprints or passwords, thus enhancing the security level of the door lock.

Packing and Loading
Considering the material and weight of modern pivot door, we choose wooden cases for packaging to better protect the products from damage.
