The TDC905 cast aluminum door is made of double-sided cast aluminum plates, with each aluminum plate thickness ranging from 8-12 millimeters, depending on the protection level and complexity of the appearance you require. In special cases, different materials can be used on the inside and outside of the door, such as front cast aluminum plates and a back made of 8 millimeters thick solid wood or 1-millimeter-thick zinc alloy or stainless-steel door panel, to match the interior home style.

For the door frame, we recommend a 2-millimeter-thick zinc alloy, which has high strength and allows for a thin frame while maintaining strong security. A thin frame can adapt to more door-opening installation conditions, so you don’t have to worry about installation issues.
